- In 1995, Astron started its journey with a single workshop. The company struggled for the couple of years it was in business. But eventually, Astron made a name for itself in manufacturing & marketing of mechanical spares in the industry.
- As the modernization of era, Astron founders & R&D team has innovated new product named “Sealless Magnetic Drive Process Pump” For applications where the potential of even the smallest quantity of product escaping could be hazardous, however the magnetic drive pumps are the solutions as there is no shaft seal for the product to escape past.
- Generally, when the product being pumped is of a corrosive & acidic nature or the leakage of that product has the potential to harm operators or cause casualty to the environment.
- In 2018 astonishing industrial automation, we decided to move further & focus our attention to manufacture “Magnetic Drive Process pumps” for highly critical and hazardous services, normally experienced in many of the Process Plants, such as, Petrochemical, Oil Refineries, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Waste water etc Over the years, the organisation has graduated onto providing sealing solutions by studying the problems experienced by the years, this is how we have introduced our new product, Magnetic Drive process pump in 2020.
- Our manufacturing unit is located at Kanodar, Gujarat comprising high precision CNC lathe & CNC, VMC machines.
